Stress and Anger Management

Ways to destress/manage anger

If you're easily frustrated and stressed out like moi,
then these ways might help you alleviate your problems a little.

Not totally.

A little.

1. (My personal favourite)
Retail Therapy

You know, it really does help.

Buying things impulsively actually soothes ones soul.

Now you can have that pair of Louboutins that you've really wanted!

:)

2. Chocolates

Stuff your face till you feel like puking chocolate.

Chocolate contains some happy enzymes which inturn makes you happy after you eat it.
(note how bad I am at explaining things)

Plus they taste so yummy.

You can't hate chocolate right?

And its not true, once on your lips, forever on your hips!

3. (Another personal favourite)
Fried Chicken

As an avid fan of fried chicken and high cholestrol,
nothing makes your day better than juicy crispy fried chicken,
dipped in thai chilli sauce, or you can just have it plain.

Savour the yummy goodness!!

4. Play with your pet

Researches have shown that stress levels plummet drastically after you've spent an hour playing(torturing) your pet just for laughs.

Go ahead, play with (torture) them.

You know you want to! :)

5. Sleep it off

Your brains would probably have become exhausted from all the stressing and frustration.

Take a break,

Have a nap.

You'll think clearer after you've woken up.

6. Talk to God

If you're religious at times when you're in trouble,

You know that God will always be there for you.

So talk to him,

tell him your problems and frustrations.

I'm sure he'll help out directly or indirectly.

7. Watch Russell Peters

He will not only cheer you up,
He will also make you pee in your pants laughing.

8. Colouring

You heard me right,
take out your colouring pencils!
(or borrow your niece's)

and print this picture out.

Start colouring!

By the end of the colouring,
you would have realised that your stress/frustration/anger
would have subsided.

9. Be a couch potato

and watch Friends!

This has proven to be a surefire way to cheer me up countless times.

I don't know why.

They are just so funny!

10. Talk

To your mum, dad, family, best friend.

I'd recommend speaking to your imaginary friends.

Vikram has helped me out several times when I had problems.

I'm sure your imaginary friends are more than willing to hear you and help you out!!!!

11. Cry

awww..bunny!

Nature's way of releasing anger.

Go on and do it.

You'll feel better.

And it's not gay for guys to cry.
Unless you do it more than once a month.

Then you're officially gay :)

12. My ALL TIME FAVOURITE!

VOODOO!

So if all else fails,

You know you can always rely on your trustee voodoo doll to do your biding.

:)
