I was shocked to come back from work one day to realise that my big brother had turned my dog into this :

That bastard was too lazy to wash the dog (whihc is btw full of ticks) so he sprayed her with (what looks like detergent) to get the ticks out.

Poor Rosie. This weather is bad for you to bathe. You might catch pneumonia and die! :(
